3. Service Area

Our services are available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Napa, and Sonoma counties. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm service in your area.

4. Estimates and Pricing

• Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for most roofing projects. Estimates are based on our inspection and assessment of your property.
• Quote Validity: Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
• Price Changes: Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
• Additional Work: Any additional work beyond the original estimate will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typical terms may include a deposit upon contract signing with the balance due upon completion.
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Financing options may be available for qualified customers.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

6. Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with comprehensive workmanship warranties. The specific warranty period and terms will be provided in writing upon project completion.

Manufacturer Warranties

Materials used in your project may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation for all applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Regular maintenance is recommended to preserve warranty coverage.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Remove or protect personal property near the work area
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
• Make timely decisions on material selections and project questions
• Provide payment according to agreed-upon terms

8. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
• We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.
• Cancellation policies will be outlined in your project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Group Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Insurance and Licensing

Green Group Roofing is fully licensed and insured. We maintain:

• California Contractor's License
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Contra Costa County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
